My name is Hiago Loiola, and I have been professionally grooming pets for over 13 years. My journey began in 2012, when I was just 15 years old. My mother, a dedicated entrepreneur and one of the strongest people I have ever known, encouraged me to pursue this profession and inspired my love and respect for animals. She taught me the values that continue to guide me today: hard work, perseverance, integrity, and the importance of treating every living being with kindness.
When I moved to the United States in 2021, I carried those lessons with me. After my mother’s unexpected passing in 2022, I was determined to honor her legacy by building something that reflected the values she worked so hard to instill in me. One year later, with the help of a special friend who trusted in my values ​​and knowledge, I opened the first Mimados location.
Today, Mimados is more than a grooming salon—it’s a place where pets are treated like family. We proudly offer a cage-free environment designed to help pets feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home. Whether your pet enjoys socializing and playing or needs a quieter, private space, we tailor our care to their individual personality and needs.
